Having well over 10 years personal experience of the residential lettings market, both throughout the Isle of Man and in the UK, as both experienced landlords and tenants, we have gained first hand knowledge and experience of 'both sides of the coin' and we believe that this insight is invaluable in serving all of our clients.
We are very pleased to assist our tenants by matching them with a property that is in the best location, offers the accommodation required, is suitably maintained and is to let at an appropriate price based on today's property market. Of course we also personally vet potential tenants and take up satisfactoy references to ensure that our landlords can rest assured that their properties are in safe hands.
Whenever necessary, we are available to work with our landlords in drawing up and implementing a schedule of upgrades and/or maintanence to properties, in order to a achieve and sustain a suitable standard of accommodation, which our tenants both expect and deserve. After all, happy tenants make for happy landlords, and property is only a good long term investment when maintained correctly. We are happy to oversee either our own or the landlord's preferred tradesman carry out any emergency or routine maintanence work and cleaning as necessary.

•Advertising and marketing of property, including the options of a full web page advertisement with comprehensive property photos, and a 'TO LET' board
•Arranging property viewing for potential tenants
•Formulation of the lease agreement
•Collection of the security deposit from the tenants
•Obtaining suitable tenants references
•Overseeing the transfer of utilities
•Production of inventories whenever applicable
•Overseeing tenants moves
•Regular inspection visits of the property
•Overseeing emergency and routine maintenance and cleaning of properties as required
•Collection and transfer of the monthly rent from tenant to landlord
